How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance for packages under 100 guests, and 8–12 weeks for larger events. That said, we can often accommodate last-minute requests — just ask.

Can I customise a package?

Absolutely. Every package is a starting point. You can add or remove elements, upgrade catering, change the entertainment, or add branding. Use the custom brief form to tell us exactly what you need.

What cities do you currently serve?

We currently operate in London, Birmingham, and Manchester. We are expanding to additional UK cities throughout 2026. If your city isn't listed, contact us — we may still be able to help.

How does the payment process work?

Once you approve your proposal, we issue a single invoice covering all suppliers and coordination fees. A 25% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 14 days before the event.

What happens if a supplier cancels?

Because we manage all supplier relationships, we take full responsibility for finding a replacement. You will never be left without a supplier on the day of your event.

Do you handle events for non-profits and charities?

Yes. We work with organisations of all types, including non-profits, charities, and public sector bodies. We offer flexible pricing for registered charities — please mention this in your brief.
